These websites and the content, products and services available through them are not under our control and should not be considered to be endorsed or approved by us. We do not accept any liability in connection with any third party websites that may be accessed through this Website.

While we endeavour to ensure that the information on this Website is correct, we do not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the material on this Website. We may make changes to the material on this Website at any time without notice. The material on this Website may be out of date, and we make no commitment to update such material.

By purchasing Air Pistols or Air Rifles on our website you confirm to us that you are not prevented to owning or possessing an Air Gun for any of the following reasons which come from the Police and depend on the Person:

1/ If the person has been sentenced to a total of 3 years or more in prison , corrective training or youth custody/detention they are prohibited from possessing a firearm or ammunition of any kind for life.

2/ If a person has been sentenced (including a suspended sentence) to more than 3 months but less than 3 years imprisonment, youth custody/detention or a secure training order, they are prohibited from possessing a firearm or ammunition of any kind for a period of five years from the date of their release.

3/ Anyone released on licence under section 53 of the Children and Young Persons Act 1933 is prohibited from possessing a firearm or ammunition whilst holding the licence.

4/ Anyone who is subject to a recognizance to keep the peace or to be of good behaviour or is subject to a community order which prohibits the possession of a firearm shall not have a firearm or ammunition in their possession during that time.

Any person who orders 18 years of age restricted items including but not limited to, Air Guns, Knives, Ammunition, Compressed Air etc and upon collection / delivery it becomes apparent that the person is not over 18 years of age then the Order will be cancelled and the cost of the goods will be refunded BUT not the delivery charges.

The contract between Range and Country Shooting Supplies Ltd and the customer is deemed to be formed upon delivery of the goods purchased, whether this is in person from our store, delivery by parcel company or home delivery by our representatives. This ensures no age restricted items are delivered / supplied to persons under 18 years of age.

We have made all reasonable efforts to accurately display the colours, designs and sizes of the Goods for sale on Our Website. You acknowledge and accept that designs, colours, shapes and patterns shown on the Website are approximate only. Colours in particular may differ due to your own computer’s visual settings and hardware.

All goods remain the property of Range & Country Shooting Supplies until cleared payment has been received into our bank. We reserve the right to collect our goods back where no cleared payment has been received.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Special order items’ cost prices may change between the point of order and delivery. Range & Country Shooting Supplies Ltd reserves the right to request the difference in cost price before releasing your order to you.

Cancellations and Returns 

You may cancel your Order for a full refund at any time up to the end of the fourteenth (14th) Day from the date you receive the Goods PROVIDED THAT the Goods remain unopened, unused and sealed in their original packaging in a condition suitable for re-sale.

To cancel your Order you must notify us in writing (which includes letter or email). The sum debited to us from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to the same card which must be carried out on the phone as we do not have access to your card details.

The Goods in question must be returned to Us within 14 days of your cancellation notice and must be received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you, unopened, unused and sealed in their original packaging in a condition suitable for re-sale. Unless the Goods are faulty, we shall be entitled to recover any direct costs of having to recover the Goods from you and may set such costs off against the amount to be re-credited to you.

You may return your goods within 14 days. The goods must be returned to us in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging. Return postage is to be paid by you and we recommend you obtain proof of posting. This will not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellation of Special Orders

For special orders (meaning items we do not stock and order in specifically to fulfill the order) a non refundable deposit will be taken at the time of placing the order. 

Faulty Goods:

1/ In the case of faulty goods we will honour the manufacturers warranty and advise whether the faulty goods need to be returned to us or to the manufacturer direct. If, either upon return to us, or following inspection either by us or the manufacturer it becomes apparent the goods have been disassembled, stripped down or tampered with in any other way then the warranty will not stand and you will become liable for costs incurred in the collection, return or inspection of the goods.

2/ All rifles and pistols are subject to quality control by the supplier. The guns are also thoroughly checked for any faults by the Range and Country team before being sent out.

We check the overall quality and condition of the entire airgun including the stock, barrel and firing action as well as the pistol/rifle power. We check the power to ensure it is within certain tolerances and conform to legal limits of UK laws.

3.a/ Any cosmetic faults must be reported to Range & Country within 48 hours for further review. 

3.b/ Any performance faults must be reported to Range & Country at the first instance for further review.

4/ If a fault is reported within 3 months we will collect the faulty item free of charge. After this point it is the customer’s responsibility to get the faulty item back to the shop address. For airgun deliveries we are able to collect from the customer’s address for a fee of £20 subject to location and availability etc. We will then post/deliver the faulty item back to the customer free of charge unless the customer is at fault.

Suspected faults reported to Range and Country in which the gun is sent back to the supplier by request of the customer, the customer is liable for any servicing/testing costs incurred by the supplier IF no faults are found.

If returning goods for repair or servicing, please remove all unnecessary attachments. You must ensure that when returning air weapons the item(s) are not, charged, cocked or loaded and are in a safe condition to travel.  Please be aware it is your responsibility to ensure all goods returned to us are sufficiently packaged to withstand a normal carrier network.

Please note: Range & Country will not accept liability for loss or damage to goods as a result of the following – goods returned with unnecessary attachments, inadequate packaging and any item which is charged, loaded or unsafe to travel.

We reserve the right to cancel the order if:

We have insufficient stock to deliver the Goods you have ordered;

We do not deliver to your area or country;

One or more of the Goods you ordered was listed with incorrect product information, price, and/or description for whatever reason; or

We have reason to believe that you will fail to pay for the Goods or that you will not comply with these Terms (or any of them), or that you are underage.

Delivery of Goods to you

Unless we notify you otherwise, once your Order has been received, we will endeavour to deliver the Goods ordered by you within 7 days to the billing address you give us at the time you make your Order, unless this Order is made using our home delivery service.

We will notify you of a day and time that we can deliver your item. If no one is available to accept the delivery after a day and time has been pre arranged then the item will be returned to store. Should you wish to have it redelivered the relevant delivery charge will be incurred. Should this fall under a free delivery promotion then the relevant delivery charge for that distance will be incurred,

Should you wish to cancel after a missed delivery then the total we order amount minus the relevant delivery charge will be refunded back into your account.

If upon delivery we have reason to believe the recipient is under the influence of drink or drugs then we will not leave the airgun or firearm. We will refund the cost of the order minus £20 handling/delivery fee. This is a legal requirement.

Disclosure of Information to Government Bodies;

We may from time to time be requested to provide information to government bodies (including without limit the Police) with regards to any Goods you purchase from us and you hereby consent to us doing so.

If we do not deliver or if the Goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective on delivery or during the Warranty Period or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, Our only obligation will be, at Our option to:

make good any shortage or non-delivery or incorrect delivery; or

replace or repair any Goods that are damaged or defective; or

refund to you the amount paid by you for the Goods in question.

The above obligations shall not apply when such damage or defect has arisen as a consequence of any negligence by you or your failure to comply with any reasonable instructions issued by us in respect of maintenance and/or safe handling.

Nothing in this Contract shall exclude or limit your statutory rights.

Our right to contact you

We reserve the right, when necessary, to use the personal information you provided to contact you regarding your order, delivery or for marketing purposes.

You retain the right to remove your data, update marketing preferences, view or change your contact details at any time, as per our *Privacy Policy*.

Third Parties

At any point we may need to pass on your contact information to selected third parties for the purpose of processing your order, payment, deliveries or repairs/aftercare. These third parties may contact you on our behalf. You can find more information in our *Privacy Policy*.

Our right to collect and store your data.

We reserve the right to collect your personal data for order, delivery and payment processing as well as marketing, statistics and to improve our service.

Your rights to access, delete and change your data.

As per our *Privacy Policy*, you retain the right to access, change and request the deletion of your data. This follows the GDPR rules brought into force on 25th May 2018. You can find more information in our *Privacy Policy*.

Events beyond Our control;

We shall have no liability to you, beyond your statutory rights, for any failure to deliver Goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to Goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond Our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, Pandemic, explosion or accident.

Lifetime Warranty 

The lifetime warranty only applies to new Air Arms, Brocock and Daystate rifles. The warranty is valid for the original purchaser and is considered void if the rifle has been tampered with or modified in any way. Outside of manufacturer’s warranty period the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
