Airgun Delivery and Payments FAQ's

We are pleased to offer an excellent priced Countrywide airgun delivery service on all new and pre owned guns by our personal Store to Door Delivery Service for-

Delivery Cost £20, minimum order value £100 (London Ulez Zone Min Order Value £300)

We personally deliver your Airgun, Shotgun, Rifle directly to your given address (home, work etc.) within England and Wales along with any ammunition by our own staff.

We are achieving airgun delivery and air rifle delivery within 7 days for 99% of orders but please note this may vary due to high sales in store and online, as well as, stock quantity.

Postal Orders

We endeavour to deliver postal orders within 2-3 working days, however circumstances beyond our control such as stock levels or courier delays may influence this. Postal orders are charged at £4.95 for orders under £100. Orders over £100 are sent for FREE* 

*Large Items excluded. (please see below regarding large sized parcels.

PLEASE NOTE – Air guns and moderators cannot be sent by postal courier. Air guns and moderators can only be sent on our home delivery service, delivered by ourselves, charged at £20. Air gun orders are not postal orders and therefore do not qualify for our ‘free over £100’ order offer. 

Large Items

Large items, over 1.1m when packaged, are charged at £9.95 as standard. We still aim to deliver these within 2-3 working days. These items do not qualify for our ‘free over £100’ offer.

Age Restricted Items

For postal orders that include age restricted items, such as pellets, BBs and co2, please note that we require to see a copy of your ID before we send items out. For more information, see our information on our product listings. We do not store ID and ID will be deleted after we receive it.

If ordering for delivery to Scotland or Northern Ireland please ring the shop first on  01529 414728 as these may incur extra postal charges. Unfortunately we are unable to offer home delivery to Scotland, however we can deliver to your local gun shop for you to collect, please see below.

RFD Transfers

We also offer to transfer your order to your local RFD from £20 (Registered Firearms dealer). For RFD transfers the receiving dealer makes a service charge as well, usually around £25.00.

For our Store to Door delivery orders we will be in touch as soon as our delivery route is planned out, to confirm a delivery date and timeslot.

South Deliveries:

  • Deliveries are on either Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday depending on route.
  • We will contact you on Sunday to confirm day and timeslot.

North Deliveries:

  • Deliveries are on Thursday or Friday.
  • We will contact you on Wednesday daytime to confirm a timeslot.

Please note that cut off times for deliveries do apply.

South Deliveries: Order before 12pm on the preceding Saturday for delivery on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.

North Deliveries: Order before 12pm on the preceding Wednesday for delivery on Thursday or Friday.

* This is an approximation of the North / South divide for our deliveries. Deliveries days around this split will be determined by the rest of the deliveries we have for that week. 

On some items we offer Free Store to Door Delivery for England and Wales with the exception of the London Ulez Zone.

You may return your goods within 14 days. The goods must be returned to us in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging. Return postage is to be paid by you and we recommend you obtain proof of posting. This will not affect your statutory rights.

We accept all major Credit & Debit cards, Direct Bank Transfer, Pay over the phone, PayPal (excluding airguns, shotguns, rifles, magazines, moderators, pellets, knives & archery products), Payl8r (installments) or Cash if you collect from our store or the range.

For all age restricted items, YES, you do need to provide us with a valid form of photographic identification. Age restricted items include ALL airguns, air pistols, shotguns, moderators, pellets, BB’s & CO2.

Items sent via post or courier: YOU MUST submit your I.D for age restricted items to shop@rangeandcountry.co.uk before we can schedule your delivery. This includes pellets, bb’s & CO2.

Items delivered to your door: I.D can be shown to us upon delivery at the door. 

After valid identification has been submitted once we keep a note of this on our system. This is to inform us that I.D has been previously submitted should you place another order at a later date (negating the need to submit your I.D every time you make a purchase).
